What we must do.
We must release oxygen that is tightly bound up in the well known formula of water. This oxygen is not nearly as available for oxidation purposes as the oxygen in the air, not even by a small fraction.

How Formula 703® Works
Formula 703® release the tight polar bond between the oxygen and hydrogen molecules in the water, therefore stimulating the digestion of solids and the processing or treatment of wastes. As a result, existing plant capacities become greater, regardless of the method used. The use of Formula 703® reduces the cost of operation, as well as helping to force pathogenic bacteria and wastes to become virtually non-existent.

Formula 703® is a liquid chemical that has been specifically formulated for the purpose of aiding the digestion of organic solids. Although other benefits are derived from it's use, it's primary and most important function is the ability it has to alter or weaken the dipolar bonds of hydrogen and oxygen. The alteration results in an improved re-oxygenation rate.

The beneficial effects that follow the introduction of Formula 703® into any waste disposal system are immediate. Bacterial activity increase tremendously, especially among aerobic and facultative varieties. A noticeable reduction of hydrogen sulfide always results, even in sewer lines. The formulation of mats, scum and grease cake in all parts of the system is reduced or eliminated. Odors are all but eliminated. The activity of aerobic bacteria wil soon be apparent in deeper areas of sand in sand filtration. Sludge detention time is also reduced.
