The APS SYSTEM 2003 is a cost effective biological alternative to current chemical processes which continue to contaminate the environment. The APS SYSTEM 2003 is capable of converting natural organic waste utilizing a proprietary enzymatic and thermophilic processing plant, into highly concentrated SOIL CONDITIONERS, FERTILIZERS, and PLANT FOODS for use in agriculture, horticulture, green houses, and hydroponics.

These highly desirable organic products can be diluted with water using a ratio of between 100:1 and 500:1, depending on the application and desired results.

The APS SYSTEM 2003 represents the next generation in waste conversion solutions. This biological conversion process is achieved using a combination of a custom engineered #304 stainless steel processing plant, with the proprietary OPEN ALL® APS formula. The twenty-four hour process (which includes grinding, biological digestion, acceleration, and 165oF sterilization) will convert the undesirable and costly waste into a commercially desirable consumer product.

The APS SYSTEM 2003 has a design capacity to eliminate and convert more than eight tons of raw organic waste per day into 2,000 gallons of super concentrated liquid organic fertilizer. A minimum 2,000 sq. ft. facility is required to house the APS SYSTEM 2003 plant and additional space is required for raw material and finished product storage.
